Space Coast Stucco is a family business out of Melbourne, Florida. Stucco is the family trade — Tony Milam learned it from his dad on job sites around Brevard, long before it was his own company. He's still the one who shows up to your house.

That part matters. When you call us, you're not getting a sales rep on commission, a call center, or a crew lead who never met the owner. Tony does the walk-around himself, listens to what you're seeing, and writes the estimate based on the wall in front of him — not a price book.

We've built our name on finish matching. Knockdown, lace, sand, dash, smooth — Florida has them all, and a stucco repair that doesn't blend is just a different kind of eyesore. We take the time on the trowel to make the patch disappear into the wall.

Brevard's our home base. Staying local means we can come back if something needs a tune-up.
