See our work

Before and after shots from real homes around Brevard County, every one of them our own crew's work. Each card names the town the job was in; where a job's town was never written down it says Brevard County rather than us picking one that sounds right. Look for the seams in the after photos. You shouldn't be able to find them.

Bare concrete block pool house masked off and ready for stucco
Same pool-side corner finished in smooth knockdown stucco

Full home · Palm Bay

Full-home re-stucco in Palm Bay

A Palm Bay pool-side wall came to us as bare concrete block. We masked everything off, pulled a wet scratch coat over the block, and finished it out in a clean smooth knockdown. Bare CMU to finished stucco in one job.

Horizontal crack under a white window before repair
Same window after fresh stucco patch under the sill

Repair · Satellite Beach

Cracking & water damage repair in Satellite Beach

A horizontal crack ran under the window, and the pool-equipment wall had rust stains where water had been getting in for a while. We cut out the damaged sections, re-bonded clean stucco to sound substrate, and blended the patches into the existing wall.

Weathered chimney with damaged stucco at the roof line before repair
Same chimney refinished with matched lace texture

Repair · Viera

Bulging stucco repair in Viera

The stucco up at the chimney was weathered and starting to fail, and a long horizontal band on the wall was bulging away from the substrate. We pulled the bad sections, re-attached fresh stucco, and matched the lace texture so the repair blends into the rest of the house.

Wall with three dark patch marks from prior repairs before finish match
Same wall after finish match — patches blend into one continuous texture

Finish match · Indialantic

Finish match after another contractor's patch in Indialantic

A previous contractor's patches were reading dark against the rest of the wall, and a plywood patch on the yellow side still needed stucco over it. We re-coated and re-textured the patch areas so the wall reads as one continuous piece again. Finish matching is most of what we do.

Painted-pink brick entry arch with raw brick and weathered front before refinish
Same entry refinished in smooth stucco with stone-look arch surround

Addition · Melbourne

Brick entry refinished in stucco in Melbourne

The painted-pink brick around the front entry was dated and ready to go. We covered the brick in smooth stucco and built a clean stone-look arch surround around the door. The spindles and flagstone stayed — everything else got a fresh face.

Newly installed french doors with raw framing and expanding foam before stucco
Same french doors stuccoed in with a clean scratch-coat patch around the frame

Addition · Cocoa

New french doors stuccoed in on a Cocoa home

A carpenter had just dropped in new french doors, with raw wood framing and expanding foam still showing around the opening. We brought a fresh scratch coat right up to the trim and feathered it into the existing wall, ready for finish texture.

Lakeside wall with new windows and exposed block below ready for stucco
Same wall with windows masked off and a fresh wet scratch coat over the block

Addition · Rockledge

New lakeside windows stuccoed in on a Rockledge home

New picture windows had just gone in on the lakeside wall, with bare block exposed underneath. We masked the glass, scratch-coated over the block, and tied it back into the rest of the wall so the new and old read as one.

New sliding patio door with raw wood jamb framing and expanding foam before stucco
Same sliding door with the surround masked off and a fresh scratch coat applied

Addition · Merritt Island

New sliding patio door stuccoed in on a Merritt Island home

A new sliding patio door had just been set in the back wall off the lanai, with raw wood jambs and foam still showing around the frame. We masked the surround and brought a fresh scratch coat right up to the new door so it reads as a clean part of the wall.

Bare concrete block addition with wood fascia and a framed doorway, ready for stucco
The same corner finished in stucco, tying into the existing house wall

Addition · Brevard County

Block addition wrapped in stucco

A new addition came to us as bare concrete block on three sides, roof on and openings framed. Block is thirsty and it telegraphs every joint, so it gets a proper scratch coat before anything else — then a brown coat pulled flat and a finish texture carried around all three corners in one go. Doing the whole wrap in one visit is what keeps the texture consistent; stopping and restarting is how you end up with a seam you can see from the driveway.

Bare block addition beside a pool deck with the window opening taped off
Finished stucco wall and window above the pool, texture matched to the main house

Addition · Brevard County

Poolside addition, block to finished wall

An addition off the pool deck, taken from bare block to a finished wall with the window set in. Working beside a pool means masking properly and keeping the deck clean as you go — nobody wants to be picking stucco out of their pool filter for a month afterwards. The finish was matched to the main house so the addition reads as part of the original build rather than something bolted on.

Blotchy weathered stucco above a stone veneer band, beside red window shutters
The same wall re-finished to an even white, cut in clean along the top of the stone

Full home · Brevard County

Weathered wall above a stone veneer, re-finished

The stone veneer along the bottom of this entry was in good shape; the stucco above it had gone blotchy and grey with years of weather. Replacing the stone was never the job. We worked the wall above it back to an even finish and cut in cleanly along the top of the stone, so the two materials meet at a straight line instead of a smudge. Same house, same stone, and the front of it reads new again.

Finished wall around a bright turquoise front door, the repair blended into the existing texture

Finish match · Brevard County

New front door and window openings, blended in

New door and windows going into an existing wall leaves a band of raw block and lath around every opening. That band is the whole job: it has to be built back flush and textured to match a wall that has been sitting in the Florida sun for years. Get it wrong and you can read the outline of every opening from the kerb. These were feathered out far enough into the old wall that the repair disappears.

Finished stucco mailbox column with the house number set into the face

Addition · Brevard County

Stucco mailbox column

Not every job is a wall. A mailbox column sits at the end of the drive getting hit by sprinklers and sun all day, and it is the first thing anyone sees of the house. This one was built up and finished in a texture matched to the home behind it, house number set into the face. Small job, same materials, same finish work.
