New front door and window openings, blended in

New door and windows going into an existing wall leaves a band of raw block and lath around every opening. That band is the whole job: it has to be built back flush and textured to match a wall that has been sitting in the Florida sun for years. Get it wrong and you can read the outline of every opening from the kerb. These were feathered out far enough into the old wall that the repair disappears.
