The instant estimate is a preliminary dollar range generated from the photos and description you send. It is an estimate, not a bid, not a quote, and not based on a site inspection. Tony’s real number comes after he walks the house.

A model produces the range from those images. The only number we then apply is Tony’s job minimum of $400 — no crew rolls out for less, so a low end under that floor is lifted to it and the high end moves by the same amount. The number on the screen is still a ballpark. If the AI cannot return a range, your message still reaches Tony. The visit that produces the real estimate is free.

The FAQ and service pages give guidance about stucco cracking, moisture, repair timing, finishes, and similar topics. That copy is general information for homeowners on the Space Coast. It is not an engineering assessment, a moisture survey, or a diagnosis of the reader’s house. A crack that looks like one thing in a photo can be something else in the wall. Do not treat a paragraph on this site as a finding about your property.

Project descriptions and before-and-after photos describe jobs we have already done. They are not a promise of outcome, price, or timeline on a new job. Two walls that photograph similarly can need different repairs. Your house is not the house in the gallery.

Hidden moisture, failed lath, access, matching an existing finish, and HOA rules can all change the work. Tony confirms the real number after he has been to the wall. If we take the job, the written estimate and the contract he signs with you govern the work — not this page, not the AI range, and not a gallery caption.

We cannot and do not promise that your job will match a gallery project, land inside an AI range, or finish on a particular date. Weather, material lead times, and what we find once the finish is opened all affect the job. We will tell you when something changes.
