The pages on this site describe our services, show past work, and tell you how to reach us. That is marketing and information. Nothing here is an offer to perform work, a price quote, or a contract. If we take a job, the written estimate and the contract Tony signs with you govern the work, the price, and the schedule. If this page and that contract ever disagree, the signed contract wins.

The instant estimate is a preliminary dollar range generated from the photos and description you send. It is an estimate, not a bid, not a quote, and not based on a site inspection. Tony’s real number comes after he walks the house.

A model produces the range from those photos. The only number we then apply is Tony’s job minimum of $400 — a crew does not roll out for less, so a low end under that floor is lifted to it and the high end moves by the same amount so the width of the range is kept. The number on the screen is still an estimate. Conditions that a photo cannot show — moisture behind the finish, framing, access, matching an existing texture — can move the price up or down. The in-person visit is free, whether or not you used the form, and we will tell you what we find.

When you upload photos through the estimate form, you grant Space Coast Stucco LLC a limited license to use those images to prepare an estimate, to keep normal business records, and to show Tony the job. You keep ownership of your photos. Uploading does not transfer copyright to us. We do not use your photos as advertising without asking.

We work in Brevard County and the Florida Space Coast. Submitting a form from outside that area does not create an obligation for us to travel. We may decline work outside the area we serve.

The legal name of the business is Space Coast Stucco LLC, a Florida limited-liability company. We are licensed and insured; a certificate of insurance is available on request. Use the site and its forms in good faith. Do not submit spam, abusive messages, or automated traffic. We may ignore or remove submissions that look abusive or automated. A form submission is a request for contact, not a booking.

The words, photos, and other content on this site belong to Space Coast Stucco LLC or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking. Linking to our pages is fine.

To the extent Florida law allows, Space Coast Stucco LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or from relying on an AI ballpark. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Actual stucco work is governed by the written estimate and contract, not by these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to this website will be handled in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.

We may update these terms as the site changes. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
